• Submitting defamatory, offensive, hateful, or infringing league names or profile handles.
• Attempting to bypass server security controls, firewalls, or rate-limiting protocols.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of points, and permanent account termination.

Game of World and Cosmo Fame Limited are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with these respective organizations.

We strive to provide continuous platform uptime (99.8% target) and low-latency live telemetry. However, the platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cosmo Fame Limited does not warrant that telemetry feeds will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of momentary network latency during peak European matchdays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmo Fame Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform, including lost points, rank adjustments, or data latency.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Consumer Protections for Spanish & EU Users: Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers residing in Spain or the European Union of the mandatory statutory protections provided under EU consumer law or prevent them from initiating proceedings in their local competent courts.
